That’s the time, the topic is the forms we use with researchers. Let’s take a look at the ones that some of us are using, figure out what’s up with all those clauses, what works, what doesn’t, and so on. What prompted that line about reproductions being provided for one-time use only? How do you word your copyright statements and citation obligations? Do you allow photography of documents and do you have any specialized standards for that? Do you have something that tells researchers what to do if they find sensitive content or something looks like it may be out of order?
I’ve created a google drive folder for forms to be shared in advance of the meeting. At the moment, if you go to that link, you should be able to view any of the forms that are already uploaded. Do you have forms you’d be willing to share? If so, use the contact button (top right of this post in the menu bar) to reach me so I can get you permission to upload to the folder. Be sure to include the email address I need to use to send you the invite to upload.
Once again, we’re using Zoom to host the meeting. If you want to use your computer or mobile device to join via the web, the link is here. Contact me if you need audio call-in instructions.
